Management should seriously reconsider their housekeeping standards!!! The filthy bathroom and dirty carpet were disappointing!!! Room amenities like the broken refrigerator need urgent attention!!!

I stayed here for two nights and loved the convenience of being just a short drive from the lillian anderson arboretum, which was perfect for my city strolls, and the cleanliness of my corner room made for a relaxing night after exploring the nearby kalamazoo valley museum. plus, the ease of checking in and out made my experience smooth as a solo traveler.

Totally recommend for a brief pit stop

Comfortable room, quiet atmosphere, with a good-sized bed that made for restful nights during our five-night stay, and the bright breakfast area had several healthy options that we enjoyed each morning.

At this stop, I was welcomed by a spacious, modern room that set a pleasant tone. Breakfast was a highlight with fantastic choices. A special thanks to the concierge for assisting in my late-night dining quest! Yet, occasional noise disrupted the peace during my stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely clean King suite, and when we asked to change rooms due to nearby noise, they quickly helped us without any fuss. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the coffee was a bit slow to get refilled at breakfast, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

Exceptional Staff and Clean Rooms

I had a lovely stay with very friendly staff who assisted me promptly when I requested a room change due to a strong smell in the hallway. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bedding, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The breakfast was delightful with a nice variety of options including the fun pancake maker. My only suggestion would be to improve soundproofing as noise from nearby rooms could be heard occasionally.

The corner room on the fourth floor was perfect for restful sleep, and the hot, roomy shower was a delight. The ease of checking in and parking was a big plus for its location.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Kalamazoo West. The rooms were spacious, and we loved the comfy beds and nice decor. The breakfast selection was delicious and well-maintained, keeping us fueled for our adventures. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.

I loved the spacious Standard King Room, which felt like a personal oasis with its modern decor and comfy bedding. Breakfast was such a treat with a self-serve pancake maker that made mornings fun! The location was perfect for exploring local shops and dining, I couldn't have asked for a better base for my adventures.
